Since 2010, Integrity has supported our DHS customer with full life cycle management (LCM) support activities including strategic planning, portfolio/program/project management, acquisition and procurement management, and investment/financial management, helping them execute an over $1 billion a year budget and over 300 procurement, grant and contract actions a year.
We also develop, deliver, manage and maintain key programmatic artifacts, acquisition forecast workload tools, 19 needs-based acquisition workshops, and we assist with our DHS customer’s Industry Day.
We partnered with our DHS customer to achieve an obligation rate of > 99.9% of appropriated funds from FY2011 – 2018, which enabled DHS’s mission of protecting the .gov domain. Our workshops have been given to over 503 personnel at DHS, and we helped facilitate our customers’s first-ever Industry Day that was attended by 205 companies and has enabled more effective communication between the agency and industry.
