CMMI® Level 3

Appraisal Integrity was appraised at Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) Institute’s CMMI® for Services (CMMI® -SVC) V1.3. Using the Standard CMMI® Assessment Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI), the appraisal assessed the company’s corporate purchasing and subcontracting, Proposal and Project Transitions Group, and quality assurance processes and included a review of one recent project. The independent, third-party appraisal was performed at the company’s headquarters in Tysons, VA by Williamsburg Process Solutions LLC. CMMI® is a capability framework that provides organizations like Integrity with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates that Integrity is performing at a “Defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.
