Patricia is a strategic and dynamic HR practitioner with a passion for engaging workers, listening to their concerns and goals, and developing them as valued professionals. She has over 15 years of experience in training, finance, and customer service. Patricia gives back to the HR community through her membership and volunteer roles in local SHRM chapters.
