(Integrity) announced today that two of its team members are among the thought leaders to speak at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Small Business Virtual Conference. Held January 22, the four-hour conference will provide information on how to improve both performance and outcomes in receiving, awarding, and managing contracts with small businesses. The presentations will offer a wealth of information from both the buyer and seller perspectives. Integrity Program Director Kevin Schmitt and Senior Acquisition Analyst Patricia Miller will lead a one-hour presentation on strategies for building long-term relationships.

Kevin Schmitt has over 17 years of experience in Department of Defense and commercial related operations, acquisition, technology, and strategic planning projects. He leads multi-year, multi-million dollar programs in support of the Department of Defense. With 41 years of federal government experience, Patricia Miller brings expertise in all aspects of acquisition. She spent more than 20 years at the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).
