Integrity provides milestone decision gate management support, Earned Value Management (EVM) support and training to ASPR. In the areas of policy, implementation and training, we support policy development and implementation, facilitate milestone decision gate reviews, and provide portfolio analysis and recommendations to key internal and external stakeholder groups such as the ASPR Enterprise Senior Council, the PHEMCE IPT, and the applicable milestone decision authority.
