New Adoption Assistance Benefit Program Underscores Corporate Commitment to Work-Life Balance
Tysons, VA – July 25, 2024 — Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. announced today that it will join the ranks of adoption-friendly workplaces across the United States with the establishment of an adoption assistance program offering employer-provided adoption benefits. Integrity’s Adoption Assistance Benefit Program provides $7,500 financial reimbursement for expenses incurred for each child adopted. Employees may utilize this benefit twice to cover or offset the costs of adoption for two children.
