Mary Beth is a co-founder of Integrity and has helped shape and sustain the company’s people-first, award-winning culture. She has served in a variety of strategic roles across the company and currently leads marketing, communications, and people programs, and partners with the executive team on corporate strategy development. She is passionate about fostering innovation and creating meaningful impact for Integrity’s employees, clients, and communities.
