Anthony Brings Wealth of Experience in Building Organizations to Support Growth
Tysons, VA. — January 26, 2023 — Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. announced today that it has hired Lisa Anthony to its leadership team as the Director of Human Resources. Anthony brings to bear twenty-five years of Human Resources experience, with almost twenty of those years in government contracting. She is responsible for ensuring that Integrity has the processes and tools in place to support the continued growth of the company. Anthony will report to Integrity Chief Strategy Officer Mary Beth Romani.
Anthony will bring best practices to bear as she oversees all aspects of human resources including: workforce planning, onboarding, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management, compliance and change management. Additionally, her experience in talent acquisition will enable her to develop strategic recruiting strategies to ensure the company is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for its services.
