Linda has over 30 years of federal contract management experience with Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies, and Intelligence Community customers. She is a Subject Matter Expert in the Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK) including interpreting contract terms and conditions, problem-solving, and brainstorming dispute resolution strategies.
