DHS Department-wide BPA for Geospatial Technical Support Services (GTSS 3.0)
CONTRACT OVERVIEW
Continuing our success from the GTSS 2.0 BPA, Integrity Management Consulting is a Prime contractor on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Geospatial Technical Support Services (GTSS 3.0) Department-Wide, Strategic Sourcing Vehicle that provides capability for supporting programs throughout DHS with geospatial analysis and situational awareness technologies. Services include delivering critical geospatial mission support in the areas of emergency management during natural and manmade disasters, planning for National Special Security Events (NSSE), securing the northern and southern borders, enforcing immigration and customs regulations, maritime security and other law enforcement missions, and protecting essential critical infrastructure.
The Department of Homeland Security established the Geospatial Technical Support Services (GTSS) 3.0 multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide essential tools used to support a variety of DHS missions.
The BPA includes:
- Emergency management of natural and manmade disasters
- Planning for National Security Events (NSSEs)
- Border security support
- Immigration and customs enforcement
- Maritime security
- Law enforcement missions
- Critical infrastructure protection
- Situational awareness
The scope of services available with this vehicle are designed to complement DHS programs by providing geospatial technical expertise in the areas of:
- Program / Project Management
- System Engineering and Lifecycle Support
- Geospatial Information Management and Support
- Enterprise and Technical Architecture
- Data Management
- Operations and Maintenance
Key Contract Vehicle Features:
- Mandatory for Use (with exceptions)
- Ensures efficient program performance and delivery of consistent Geospatial Technical services throughout DHS;
- Leverages a broad range of Geospatial and Common Operating Picture technology and support services expertise; and
- Improves pricing through consolidation of requirements.
- DHS Components may issue orders on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), Labor Hour (LH) basis, or any combination thereof.
- Period of Performance (POP): One-year base, plus four one-year options (02/28/2025 – 02/27/2030)
- Orders may be placed against this BPA on the last day of the final ordering period with a POP up to one-year (12-months) beyond the end date of the BPA.
