McLean, VA – December 13, 2016 – Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. (Integrity) announced today that one of its team members are among the thought leaders to speak at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Government Contract Management Symposium (GCMS). Held December 12-13, the two-day symposium will feature leaders in government acquisition and contract management who will present on best practices and emerging trends.
The presentations at the event will offer a wealth of information from both the buyer and seller perspectives and will provide information on how to improve both performance and outcomes in the contract management space. Michael Ipsaro, Integrity Technical Director, will lead a one-hour presentation on strategies for effective requirements management at both the macro and micro levels.
Crowdsourcing to Discover Lost in Translation Requirements

Attendees will learn that requirements management is both an art and a science, particularly when it comes to requirements definition. This presentation will address common challenges associated with gaining consensus during the requirements development phase and documenting requirements in language that captures the requirements accurately and in a manner that all stakeholders understand. Finally, Mr. Ipsaro will introduce the concept and application of crowdsourcing to leverage the diversity of teams and stakeholders for project success.
Mr. Ipsaro has over 20 years of experience leading and working with teams to deliver capabilities through acquisition, program management, capital planning investment control, and strategic planning portfolios, programs, and projects.
