We took a pause from our normal hectic workday schedules to gather here at our headquarters for a potluck Thanksgiving lunch. It was nice to slow down, enjoy a meal together and talk about peoples’ families, holiday plans and traditions. It is the people, after all, who make our company and any company succeed.
We saw that in spades this past year. With all the uncertainty in the Federal market, the one constant has been our employees’ passion for ensuring customer success, improving their professional skills and making an impact in the community. Last year at this time I wrote about five things I’m thankful for as a business leader serving the Federal Government in uncertain times. The uncertainty around budgets, sequestration and continuing resolutions is even greater now, and my “thankful for” list still holds true.
This year I want to single out the passion, talent and big hearts of our employees. A brief video collection of photos from the past year is the perfect vehicle to describe the many ways they help Integrity succeed.
