The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Awards Integrity Contract to Develop and Implement Communication Plan for Underserved Taxpayers

Tysons, VA – October 23, 2020 – Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a contract to work with the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) to develop and implement a communication plan to help TAS reach and serve a larger audience. The mission of the TAS is to represent taxpayer interest, help them resolve problems with the IRS, and make recommendations to prevent future issues. Integrity has teamed with Ripple Effect to execute this program to enhance TAS’ digital communication strategy to increase outreach to underserved populations and raise awareness of how TAS can be used as the taxpayer’s “Voice at the IRS.”
